Valise is a personal productivity tool designed for individual use. This policy explains how we handle your data.

Data We Access

With your explicit authorization, Valise may access:

Google Calendar: To read your schedule and provide meeting preparation
Google Drive: To track document activity for your activity log
Gmail: To help triage emails requiring your response

How We Use Your Data

All data processing happens to serve you, the user
Your data is used to generate briefs, summaries, and coaching
Data is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for AI processing
We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising

Data Storage

Data is stored on your self-hosted server instance
OAuth tokens are stored securely and used only to access authorized services
You control your data and can delete it at any time

Third-Party Services

Valise integrates with:

Anthropic (Claude): For AI-powered analysis and generation
Google APIs: For calendar, drive, and email access

Each service has its own privacy policy governing their handling of data.

Your Rights

You can:

Revoke access to any connected service at any time
Delete all stored data from your instance
Export your data
