You agree to:

• Use Valise only for lawful purposes
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Not attempt to access other users' data
• Not use Valise to harass, spam, or harm others

Your Data

• You retain ownership of all your data
• You grant Valise permission to process your data to provide the service
• You can delete your data at any time

AI-Generated Content

Valise uses AI to generate briefs, suggestions, and drafts. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before sending or publishing it. AI suggestions are not professional advice.

Service Availability

Valise is provided "as is" without warranty. We strive for reliability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any damages arising from service interruptions or AI-generated content.

Third-Party Services

Valise integrates with third-party services (Google, Anthropic, etc.). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of Valise after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
